Our athletes leave our Strength & Conditioning sessions feeling strong and determined for more! Group Training sessions are held 2X per week year-round! 1 on 1 training sessions are also available- contact coach Ty to schedule.

Middle & High School- PHASE 1/2

COST:

  • ​$200 per player (12.50 per session)​ or $20 per drop-in session


DURATION:

  • 16 Sessions, 8-Weeks, NO makeups

WHEN:

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:00-7:00 pm

  • January 7th- February 27th

FREE Protein Shake after the session​
